Quick tip for a sauce lover

Healthy food with sauce
Like many other people, I love my sauces! But instead of reaching for the Mayo or Ketchup, try this.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Tomato Passata
1 teaspoon of Coconut oil
Black pepper

Method:

Mix in a mug or small bowl, put in microwave for 20 seconds and wallah a tasty but healthy sauce!
