Fitness show - 7 weeks out

Week 7 pre competition

This week I cut out my porridge in the mornings, so now I'm on zero carbs and high fats (mainly Cashews). I've also upped my cardio to twice a day. My day looks like this ...

6:30 am - Awake
7:30 am - Take my little girl to nursery
8:00 am - Gym
10:00 am - Work
5:00 pm - Collect Eden from nursery
8:00 pm - Cardio at home
9:30 pm - Food prep

This will change next week when I change jobs. We'll see how it goes :-S

Training (last week)

Mon - Morning: Hams and glutes, 45 mins Stairmaster. Evening: 45 bike
Tue - Morning: Arms, 45 mins Stairmaster. Evening: 45 bike, abs
Wed - Morning: Fasted cardio. Evening: 45 bike, shoulders
Thu -  Morning: Back, 45 mins Stairmaster. Evening: 45 bike, abs
Fri - Fasted cardio
Sat - Rest day
Sun - Circuit training in the garden (see blog post)

Food and drink

Looks pretty much like last week but without the porridge for breakfast.

I feel very watery when taking these pics due to my cheat meal... but it was a good cheat meal ;-) lol!

Have a good week. xox
